ENVY– Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Booking a Non Surgical Hair Replacement System Appointment
To secure your consultation Non surgical Hair replacement System a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your commitment and guarantees your appointment time with your hair system specialist.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Notice Period:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Within Notice Period:

  • You may reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit.

  • Your £50 deposit will be applied to your new appointment.

Less than 48 Hours / No-Show:

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend.

  • Future appointments will require a new £50 deposit to secure another booking.

Late Arrivals:

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate following clients. The deposit will still be applied to the appointment.

Patch Testing Policy

For all Non surgical Hair replacement System , a patch test is required and will be carried out at the time of your consultation..

·       Patch tests help prevent allergic reactions or sensitivities.

·       The patch test cannot be performed on the same day as your service.

·       Your appointment will only proceed if the patch test is completed and shows no adverse reaction.

Important:

·       If the patch test cannot be completed in time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

·       Deposits remain valid for rescheduled appointments if rescheduling is within our 48-hour cancellation policy.

 

Additional Notes

  • The deposit is deducted from the final cost of your service on the day.

  • By booking and paying a deposit, you agree to this policy.
