To our wonderful clients. It’s been a while since our last update. We are thrilled to be adjusting to the ‘new normal’. We are super excited to bring back the addition of our waiting area and our beverage service. You can now request latte, cappuccino, americano and we have a range of herbal and fruit teas. We also have a couple of magazines on the table, for those who wish to read them (please sanitise before handling), or bring your own reading material, if that is more comfortable for you. It feels like our ‘service’ and ‘your relaxation’ has fully returned. NEW TEAM MEMBERS
We have recruited two new members to our team. A senior international stylist Liz Ough, who has worked with top salons and brands around the world such as Toni and Guy, L’Oreal, Wella and has worked in two of the top salons in Plymouth, Vaughan’s and March Hair. We feel very lucky to have her. Liz is running introductory offers for A CUT AND COLOUR £85, CUT AND FINISH £45 & BALAYAGE, CUT AND COLOUR £100, GENTS £20 (Liz only)
Many of you may remember Megan Stacey? She is also back FULL TIME and is looking to increase her clientele. Megan is also running the same offers as above.
** these offers are open to all clients as long as the appointment is taken with Liz or Megan. We also have a new apprentice called Jess, I’m sure she will be another great asset to the Envy team. EXISTING TEAM MEMBER NEWS Tracie Gunningham has increased her hours from September (this takes affect after her charity cycle for WOMEN V CANCER) she will be offering hair appointments for ladies between 10am-2pm, she will then be training her team between 2pm-4pm. Tracie will be operating her gents NON SURGICAL HAIR REPLACEMENT CLINICS, MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 4PM -8PM. Find out more about this service here. NV FOR MEN Allison Samuels will also be offering clients the option to visit on a MONDAY between 10am -2pm . Allison has a wealth of hairdressing experience and has recently been renamed the ‘perming queen’, as we are seeing a BIG influx of the return of the perm and Allison ACE at perming!! Rhianne returns from maternity leave on SATURDAY 19TH NOVEMBER, she will be working every WEDNESDAY 12- 8 pm and every 3rd SATURDAY, her column is open for bookings now. Amy goes on Maternity leave Saturday 15th October. CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS Even with our extra members of staff, Christmas bookings are already looking busy with our more senior and established stylists. Should you not have an appointment scheduled, now is the time to book. CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS - a little early to be thinking about this, but as a business we have to plan for it. Therefore our staff will have a well earned rest with their family and loved ones, Xmas closing is from FRIDAY 23RD DECEMBER AT 5PM and we will re-open WEDNESDAY 4th JANUARY. WELLNESS AND WELLBEING -
